Welcome to 201 Jacaranda, located in the highly sought-after Hawthorne at Leesburg, one of Central Florida's premier resident-owned 55+ communities. More than just a place to live, Hawthorne offers an active, social lifestyle with an impressive lineup of amenities, activities, and waterfront recreation. Residents enjoy a gated community with more than 100 clubs and activities, a large clubhouse, fitness center, library, billiards, arts and crafts, a resort-style heated pool, therapeutic pools, recreational facilities, and a private marina with direct access to the Harris Chain of Lakes. The community also offers private emergency services, RV and boat storage, and beautifully maintained common areas. The home itself has several important updates already taken care of, including an A/C system approximately 6 years new and flooring replaced just one year ago. New windows were completely replaced as well. And to make enjoying the Hawthorne lifestyle even easier, the golf cart is included with the sale. Whether you're looking for an active retirement lifestyle, time on the water, new friendships, or simply a comfortable place to call home, 201 Jacaranda offers the opportunity to enjoy it all in one of Leesburg's most established 55+ communities.
